I consistently use gift boxes for packaging my products, and for each purchase, I provide buyers with a template featuring images of available box options. While this process isn't overly time-consuming, as orders increase, it becomes more convenient to have pre-existing messages with attached images.
For example, when sharing technical details about choker sizes, I'd like to send a PDF file to the buyer after a purchase. This not only aids the customer but also allows for a more detailed presentation than an image. Using a dedicated PDF without the need for repetitive uploads through a template would enhance this process.
Considering ETSY, there's a balance to be struck between constantly uploading to a server and storing a limited number of images online. The question arises: which method is truly more efficient in terms of resources? Despite the server considerations, having this feature would be highly beneficial for sellers.
