5 star reviews not being recorded after 1 review was removed by buyer

I have no stars showing on the dashboard for the following sale which was rated 5 stars (it's on my selling page), but after the one was removed upon request of the buyer. It also is not calculating two more reviews - I have a total of 11 five star reviews for 3 months and it is only showing 8 - it does not update. I have just 1 one star review. So far it looks like I will not get a star seller badge for March because of this glitch.

We've double-checked the reviews you've received from December 2022 to February 2023, and it appear that aside from a review that was removed. There you received a total of 12 reviews wherein, 1 review is a1-star. If we do the calculation(total # of stars / total # of reviews 56 (11 5-star and 1 1-star) / 12 (total reviews) = 4.667 which will be rounded to the nearest tenth: 4.7 Average.

Please know that you must have 4.8 Average Star rating for the 3 months period for you to receive the badge. You may double-check the reviews on your shop by going to Shop Manager > Sales Channel > Reviews section, just be sure that you update the Sort by to Most Recent instead of Suggested. This way, you can view the reviews in order. You can also download your reviews into a JSON file, just go to Shop Manager > Settings > Options > Download Data > Download your Reviews.
