5 Listings Removed (Creativity Standard) - All Handmade Clothing

All of a sudden 5 of my listings was removed due to Etsy's creativity standards. This sudden removal of multiple listings has resulted in the removal of my star seller badge with a Final Policy Violation Warning. I am a sewist and have been selling on Etsy for almost 10 years. All of my apparel are designed and hand produced in-house with other seamstresses (declared in about me section). Product images and videos are created by myself. I’ve gone through Etsy's creativity standards multiple times, but I still can't figure out why the listing was removed. I have run my photos under google image search, bing image search and couldn't find duplicates on other websites. However from yandex image search, i found several phishing sites featuring my primary photos. These sites are no longer active though. I've thus deactivated the rest of my listings as I'm worried Etsy will remove even more and suspend my shop for repeat violations. I hope etsy team will inform me the reason behind my listings removal.

I hope Etsy Community Manager would read this post and escalate my case to the appropriate team. I appreciate your prompt attention and sincerely hope for immediate assistance before my shop is heading to suspension. Thank you!

What a shame... you have had lots of sales. You need to contact Etsy with the problem and appeal your take downs. Maybe someone else will join in and give you an answer as to how to contact Etsy directly.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I'm in similar situation and there have been a few posts about this mass cull by AI recently. It really needs to stop. All Livechat and Phone customer service reps say it's not possible to reinstate the removed listing and it is devastating. I've posted on forum yesterday and it was quickly closed by Etsy rep saying now it's escalated and I need to wait for the email. I really hope they will contact me and this AI raid will stop. Hope you get to speak them on this asap too.

I did get an email back from Support who said that they'd found my images on a major retail platform, but they won't tell me which one, so I can't do anything about it. I did find some of my other listings on DHGate (with the help of another seller), but not my best selling one, which they removed.

Glad you got email from them at least.. but if the image was stolen, surely we are not the one to be blamed

How long did it take for you to receive an email from support? I was promisedone on here the other day when I posted on the forum but I’m yet to receive anything

I really want them to help but having seen the amount of this particular problem, I guess they will never have enough people to even start dealing with individual cases..:/
