Hi does anyone know what to do and what does this mean? I have a sale that cannon go through when I try to approve it it gives me a 402 country blocked. My country is on the list so I do not understand.
Please can someone assist me.
Edited because I missed the word email in the title. I thought this was a POD sale being "confirmed" with the POD.
As advised below, any legitimate Order will show in the Shop Manager Orders page. If there is no "Order" in your own Shop Manager, then there is no "Order". Scammers have been producing fake Etsy TOU and Checkout Pages which, if you respond, can allow access CC or Banking information.
Why are you confirming a sale via email? This could be a scam!!
Did someone contact you via Etsy messages asking for your email address? Then you got an email from 'Etsy'?? Don't give them any card details. If you did you need to contact your bank and cancel your card immediately (even if it appeared to not work).
Sales go straight to your open orders page in your shop manager - you don't need to confirm it. Then you just process the order and the funds will be in your payment account after a few days. Deposits are daily, weekly or monthly and happen automatically - paid directly to the bank account you have already set up.
If you received a message that a sale cannot go through, you should not do anything.
There is a SCAM going around where new sellers are targeted, with fake emails saying that a sale cannot go through, and that you need to supply your email, and then they send you an email with a link to get your banking info.
Etsy sales will be completed on the website- sellers should not and need not do anything outside Etsy by email- even if the info looks legit- the scammers are really good at faking pages that look like they are from Etsy.
"...Error When Confirming a sale by e-mail" "when I try to approve it ..."
You do not need to confirm a sale via email. You do not need to approve a sale on etsy. Neither of those things happen with sales on etsy. Your shop is showing 0 sales so I'll venture a guess that someone sent you a message asking for your email, saying that they have to enter the sellers email to make a purchase or that you have to approve the sale via email and enter all sorts of financial info? They may have even included a screenshot of what looks like an etsy page. If so then they are trying to scam you. All of those things are a SCAM!. None of those things happen during a sale. Shoppers absolutely do not need your email address to make a purchase. If they sent you screenshots of etsy pages saying otherwise those are fake pages they created for their scam.
See this thread for more info and links to photos of the fake pages.

That's a scam and the blocker is doing you a favor.
Your shop doesn't have any sales yet, which is why you were selected as a target. If you had a legitimate sale your sale number would increase on the front page of your shop and you'd get an email from etsy confirming the sale and what they bought.
@401 scam never go outside the platform
I initially thought that as my store is new that I did not set the store up properly. Thanks I know now that this would be a scam. I am so glad that I checked and know for future.
The main question is did you or did you not try to log in to the non-etsy page before trying to confirm the sale? When the answer is yes, someone else might have your login details to your shop/account. I'm not trying to scare you, but I would change passwords immediately!
