4 to 5 stars

I got two 4 star ratings with awesome reviews.  When inquiring if I could do a redo if there was a problem both said they gave 5 stars.  Anyone else having this problem?

I have heard its because of the App. When they rate your Products by App it happens very oftern. MAybe they dont see the 5 star rating  not, or they really can only give only four. Its another Etsy Problem

Yep, I recently had a customer leave a 4 star. She was upset that it was a 4, and even more upset she could not revise it to be a 5. Whatever, I ask myself if I really even care anymore......

I've had two reviews like that this week. Both customers left great comments I reached out they both stated it should be 5-star reviews.

Advise the buyers to update the stars using a browser

That’s still good! Now, I have noticed depending on my device (and only sometimes!) I’m only given three stars, sometimes all five stars to choose from. It can be frustrating when I’m on my main device and need to go haul out the computer because I’m only being shown four stars this time when I could choose five last time.
