op mijn topverkoper pagina word aangegeven dat ik op 85% met het verzenden van pakketten op tijd. Reden 3 x geen tracking code. Nu heb ik de bestellingen bekeken en heb daar echt wel een tracking code staan. Volgens mij kun je de verkoop niet afronden zonder code
@Top3d4you: If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.
Have the packages been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available.
An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

There appears to be an issue with NLPost & the only thing I can suggest is to contact Etsy. Possibly if they receive enough help requests about the problem they might look into it. Possibly someone - Etsy, Aftership, the company Etsy uses to update tracking, or NLPost made a change somewhere and it has not been adjusted for?
I have the same issue. Really frustrating as I ship parcels the same day or at least the day after, depending on time and day the order is placed.
