3+ months with perfect score yet still not a STAR SELLER

I had one delivery go out late in January 2025 as my cat had just passed away and I was in no shape to stay on top of orders. Since then, I have had a perfect shipping record, and each month I'm just 'Meeting Standards'. My Messaging is 100% and always is, my On-Time Dispatch is now 100%, and as mentioned, I haven't shipped anything late since 5 months ago, my Average Review Rating is 5.0, and I have 0 Cases against me. I am so confused why I am not a Star Seller at this point. Etsy Support said to wait until next month, but I've been doing that for 2 months now with no change. He suggested I come here and make a post to see if anybody is able to answer my question or help me on the Etsy side of things. Thank you in advance.

Did you make the number of orders and $ minimum?

Absolutely. I make around $2000 a month and have 100-300 sales a month.

@BeCoProductions: Since you are missing the shipping badge, you first need to check the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service Stats page (previous review period for May 1st badges and star) to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.

Support and the Virtual Assistant appear to be trained to send people to the forum as soon as 'Star Seller' is mentioned as they do not have the authority or ability to manually adjust Star Seller stats.

Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).

Thank you for your reply. I was surprised he told me to come here to have it addressed lol And yes, I have looked at that SVG and the only thing holding me up is the 1 order from January and I'm not sure why it's still there after 5 months when I've been assured it is refreshed every 3 months and you are considered for a Star Seller on the first of each month. I'm still confused why this January order is still looming. I guess I'll find out June 1 if it's finally gone or not. 

Also, I've had my shop since 2014 and have NEVER been a Star Seller (since they began awarding it) and I strongly believe it's because I don't use Etsy Shipping Labels. So I think having that in my mind is making this more frustrating than it used to be for me lol

No, it isn't that. I have never used Etsy Labels, and have received the Star Seller Badge. I'm Seasonal (open middle to end of August through October). I usually get the Badges which come out Sept., Oct. (and I think Nov.). 
The Badge that came out in May would have encompassed Feb., March and April. So the January Order should not have been included in that period.

I'm very sorry about the loss of your cat. My heart goes out to you.

By some chance was that order from the last day or two in January?  If so, it may not have been counted for the April Badge (Jan Feb Mar) but rolledover to the following month's calculation as Etsy uses the Ships By date to determine ontime shipping and if that date falls in the following month, it isn't counted until then.
