3 listings and star seller badge removed by etsy

I have been seller on Etsy since 2021 and recently 3 of my bestseller listings have been FALSELY removed for not being “handmade” and not falling into their “creative standards”

all of the items which were removed by etsy were 100% handmade by me in my studio. I work with solder and I handmade every single item myself. I have sent proof of me making the item, all my craft supplies but they don’t care. No one has responded to me, my chat is not working, it seems like Etsy doesn’t care. Is there any way I could reach someone???
