Title. I just don't get it. I have worked so hard for good feedback and I receive it. I have three reviews that are not 5-star. Two 4 stars and one 1 star. I really do not think that those reviews should take my overall review from a 5-star to 4. It misrepresents the vast vast majority of buyers' feedback on my shop and places all of the emphasis on 3 of my 1,385 buyers which I think is unfair. I don't know how to fix this because my shop's sales and views have been down since it is now 4-star and so it will take me longer to regain that 5-star rating. I just feel like Etsy is making being successful on the site unattainable at this point.
Yes, it's only counting the last 12 months, so anything prior to July 29, 2021 isn't counted. Come August 16, unless you make a sale, it will start over at 0.
Oh wow. That's scary. I have had my shop on vacation mode for a year because I'm just recently a senior in high school and needed to focus on getting into college. I finally opened it back up. I haven't been able to get reviews for a year. So you're saying that my review will be 0 star come Aug 16???
I see. Well, thank you so much for letting me know. I really appreciate it. I guess I'm going to be stuck with that for a bit because the estimated delivery of my most recent sales is Aug 20th. This is really unfortunate
