2 Problems

Is anyone else having these problems currently? I can't change my inventory amounts on the app AND chat won't load so that I can report it. A message keeps popping up telling me to contact Etsy support if it continues. It has continued, but the chat isn't working so I haven't reported it.

Have you tried using a browser in the meantime? You might be waiting on help from Etsy for a while.

Use a browser.  App has been really problematic lately.

Chat I've never had so I can't say yea or nay to it.  I have it in the corner but it has never worked for me.
