1) New listing disappeared from dashboard 2) can't deactivate / delete my listing

Hi there,

I have a couple issues.

1) I have just created a new listing and I can't find it anywhere. I have just 1 1/2 pages so it isn't that I missed it.

2) I tried to deactivate / delete one listing of min but I get an error: "Oops something went wrong, try again".

Any ideas? It's frustrating to say the  least.

I hope they fix it asap. And I hope we can get notified from Etsy when it has been fixed.

My new listing now appeared. If however there are also glitches on buyers side, that I do not know.

Now waiting for the "deactivate listing" issue to be fixed.

@cuttingsNL  Thanks for confirming that.  For sure there are gremlins inside the workings !  I've also wondered how Buyers may be affected.

@PillowDetails as I have said in a previous thread, I sensed Etsy has insiders from other rival websites. They caused havoc on Friday, just before the weekend... That does not look like a random coincidence to me... I would change all the passwords at the IT team. because someone may be changing something in the code to try and fix it and the gremlin(s) on the other side causing more havoc.

Expect IT "dismisses" from Etsy in the next couple days... I hope they investigate it thoroughly.

@Paradisewells my new listing appeared after couple hours. So I believe the (positive) changes will come to you when the servers update. As for the deactivation - with the help from someone else - I was able to deactivate my listing from my store front. Go there click to the listing you want to deactivate and on top left you will find the options to deactivate / delete. Hope that helps.
