You  might be able to talk to someone through Facebook.  Or try support @etsy.com in an email.

I find that Etsy hides all the time, and never really answers any questions whatsoever unless it is very simple and even then, I question it.  If you use chat, it is the same issue.  I don't even think you talk with a real person.

I have the same issue,it has been a week like this. ‘Submit a request-Etsy help” is what I’ve used along with the help chat. You might want to try it in case it may work for you: you can find it thru the “help center” link in shop manager. I know that clicking ‘buying on Etsy’ sends you to a list and if you click ‘issues with an order,or similar’ at the bottom you will see  ‘I still need help’: click THAT and the chat option comes up-there’s a phone one too but I don’t know if that works.

As for myself,the chat functioned once,however I haven’t heard from them since.  The 2nd time I reached out as my issue had become more serious-the chat had me posting the issue alone and waiting for an hour for a response. Their email just sends me a ‘verify your identity’ questionnaire. And once I send the info requested of me I get the SAME email again…and this becomes a cycle of madness.

I unfortunately don’t know what else to suggest to you except I did read that if you had a previous email to support in which some Etsy staff member s answered you in it you can use the old link to that in the email they sent you from it and post your question there. It’s reliant on how old it is though…as I tried this myself and 18 days later they had -closed-the conversation,so no luck. Try though if this applies to you!

In regards to my post at the end of the thread,I maybe responded to the wrong person..sorry,new here. When I suggested chat I know you said you tried chat and no help,but have you tried the chat function that is available for ‘buying on Etsy’ finding it the way I mentioned? It may not be related to your issue but at least you’d maybe get a conversation going with someone and you’d be able to tell them whatever the problem is.

i haven’t had luck myself with email or chat as i have in the past. I get a weird set of repeating verification of identity emails anytime I email Etsy support. I don’t suppose you go those too?
