Hi! I'm Ellen, I live in southern VT. I've been sewing since 2nd grade. Went to college as a psyc major, it was the 70's no jobs. Found a job at CB sports, sewed there for a while, started a family, took in sewing, custom wedding gowns, alterations, contract sewing, collected fabric, learned to dye and print fabric etc....

Now my family is grown and doing thier own thing. I've been selling at shows abt 10yrs, started etsy last year, finally just getting the hang of it and hope etsy grows big enough to only do the shows that I love and make a big profit on.

That's me in a nut shell...........

Ellen, what a great story, I too love sewing but I personally get more satisfaction out of painting (at least right now)!

I grew up in northern Vermont, when I finished high school I joined the Navy and have travelled around ever since. I am now a mom of three kids and a military wife living in Washington State. I really just started on Etsy and I have no idea how it will go but I thought it was worth a try.

I'm Gam. Just join the Team. I made jewelry from my home while baby's asleep:) I love Etsy. Beautiful items here, but making sale on Etsy is not work for me yet. I think Etsy is a great way to open to more people beside local sales.

I landed in Vermont in 2004. Grew up in London, UK and lived in France for a while too. Still go back often but never often enough. ;)

Started on Etsy in 2007 but never taken it that seriously. It's fun to come up with silly stuff for the shop though. I'm also jealous of people who can sew. haha ;)
