Hi,
I'm new to this group. I sell handmade work. I was just poking around the internet looking for local craft fairs.
I think I want to find a jurried one this year. Last year I tried one craft fair and it went poorly. Probably in part because my prices were a bit high compared to those around me, but I'm trying to make my living, whereas most of the other vendors seemed to be hobbyists.
I found information on the group Vermont Hand Crafters and wondered if any of you are members, and could tell me about the benefits. Or perhaps you know of some groups or fairs I should look into. I don't have much money to spend on things like dues and application fees, so I really want to make it count.
