Hi Team,
We are growing and need to be more active here for everyone's benefit. Here are some pointers that I thought of:
1. LEADER/DELEGATION: The team needs a Leader who can work with the Captain to promote the team threads and look after the team concerns. We need someone who is willing and can spare sometime (say 30-40 minutes max. initially) at least thrice a week.
2. THREADS: We have several new threads running, please click on the 'Discussions' tab to see them. Please try to be active on at least 5 threads a day. Also, please do participate in the highlighted threads as well, especially the Treasuries, Clickathon, Featured Shops, Featured Items, Monthly Listings, etc.
3. POST THREADS: This is an open group, you can post a thread if you come across a new one. I think no point running several similar threads. I am looking at BNR and Buy from the Shop Above threads, but before I launch them, we need to be more active as a team. Informative threads like keywords, treasury building are also running. Please check through all the pages of 'Discussions.'
4. GROW THE TEAM: Please bring in more members to enhance the size and variety in the team. You can post this message in all your non-team treasuries and messages you send out:
"I invite you to join my team 'Team Sales Synergy,' an open group to promote your shop the fun way. No rules, nothing. Here is the link:

5. TALK: Please come up with whatever idea or concern you may have. We shall try look into it and work at it together! :)
