Hello, Im in Omaha Nebraska and have four shops on Etsy. I personally am unhappy with the Etsy customer service. Basically it does not seem to exist. I sold a few things in this shop Spin your wax shop and I had money taken out for advertising, yet I never advertised. I tried to correct this error but have never received any help. Also I notice that on shipping to a customer it says I ship from Bellevue Nebraska, yet I live in Omaha and all my addresses are in Omaha, I have no way to contact about this. Is any one else experiencing these type of issues and what is there to do about them?
