How much would you pay for space to use?

What would you expect for your "rent" - a workspace (how big)? a place to sell? Other?

There's a warehouse off 156nd and Fort that would probably be an awesome place to establish a gallery/artist co-op. West Omaha doesn't have any art galleries, and this would be a fantastic opportunity with rents being low in this economy.

That would be soooo great! To rent a space that is...Don't know if I could swing it, but it always depends on how much...
