Thank you Emma! :) Yes they recently change the policy to allow for all crafters to use manufacturers to produce their goods but they have to apply and have their use of the manufacturer approved first. Previously, certain products were exempt from needing approval, now that is no longer the case.
If I printed at home I would not need to apply, but if I use a local print shop to produce my prints then I have to apply for a manufacturer use approval for that shop and any other shop or service that I use. It took extra work and time to get the approval, but now that it is done I am happy to be able to move forward and start offering prints of my art! :)
