Welcome to the team, and apologies for the long delay in replying to you. Our team was more active before the winter holidays, but has been pretty quiet of late.
Your jewelry is lovely. I wouldn't worry so much about the number of items in your shop, but rather work on the listings you already have. Flesh out your descriptions with more description, measurements, etc. Fill out all of your tags with descriptive search words and phrases (you've got some, but could use some more). Perhaps get some photos of some of your items being modeled -- especially the bracelet and necklace.
Treasuries aren't as helpful now as they used to be back when there was a treasury on the front page of Etsy. I have better luck advertising by using Facebook -- both a shop page and on my personal page.
Participating in teams is good though -- I've made a couple sales to fellow team members, and have gotten valuable support and advice especially from the lovely folks on this particular team.
