I'm not sure if I can help much, my shop's only been open since June.
Have you tried marketing on social media? Facebook, Pinterest, a blog? I've so far made 3 sales on Facebook and 1 through etsy. (2 sells from Facebook are going to be picked up this weekend) What I do is get something listed in etsy then share it to Facebook on crafters/yard sale groups. I also just made a business Facebook page. It doesn't cost anything unless you want Facebook to advertise for you. I believe the lowest is $5 a day. You can also reach out to bloggers who have the same interests and ask if they'd be willing to feature an item from your shop. I haven't done this yet.
