What email address does it come from? And what's in the subject?

I want to configure my gmail to forward shop messages to another address to make sure I don't miss them :)

I had a customer buy a ring so I could test my Supa site & it came from orders@supadupa.me you also get a 2nd email from Supa to confirm the payment & then you get the Paypal email = 3 email for 1 order. I think Supa should only send one order confirmation email, skip the payment email. I'd also suggest a small thumbnail image of the product in the order email like etsy does, it helps me if I have an image on my receipt.

The order page in Supa is very nice, similar to Etsy, very organized!

3RexesJewelry did you get a charge from supadupa on the sale? I am wondering if they charge a fee? for some reason I can't find this info...

Crochetknit30, there will not be a charge because this is not a venue. It is a hosting site and your only fee is the monthly hosting fee that's associated with the package/plan you picked. If you have the free for life plan then that means there are no monthly fees you owe supadupa, hooray!

The only fees you will pay are merchant fees associated with PayPal and any other merchants they decide to carry in the future.

You keep more money in your pocket and develop your own brand as a trade off for having to drive your own traffic to your site. :)

So is there a photo of what sold on the order page at Supa and does it say who bought it?

Some of the products I'll be selling in my Supa shop and very similar so I'll need to use code numbers for them if there's no photos.

Hi Faye, yes there is a photo of what sold along with all the important info on the Supa Orders page, it's pretty nice. On the other hand, the email they send for the sale is a little bland & could use a photo of the item sold.
