I have my shipping rates set on supa and I have found that it is not charging for shipping. Anyone having this problem?

You must have a 0 somewhere.
I had to contact supa to fix mine.
They are very good about fixing the shipping tables.

Thanks Bette, I'll go and see, but I'm pretty sure that I filled in everything. It just shows $0 shipping for usa and international.

I just checked and I don't have any zeros anywhere.

I was doing it wrong and got some advice from them. Maybe you are having this problem, maybe not.

The weight needs to be set in percentage of a pound, in decimals. I thought it was in ounces. So 8 ounces equals .50. Everyone probably knew this but me!
(Did you guys?)

It did make 0 shipping charges sometimes.

Hi Laura, I did do it in decimals, not ounces. It was working right a few months ago and now it is not.

All mine are set up in weights. I just weighed the item and divided that number by 16. I entered the decimal # into the item set up and haven't had any issues since. (knock on wood)....

I would contact them. They had a server update last month that created some errors.
Support will check everything for you promptly.
