No, you have to do a bit more to verify.
Off the top of my head, from your analytics, go to "my account" at the top right of the page, then in the menu on the left "products", then at the bottom, "webmaster tools".
When you get to that page, you need to click "add site", then follow the directions it gives to verify. It will prompt you to link it to the site in analytics.
