Mobile Usability

I recently received an e-mail from Google Webmaster Tools that all the pages of my Supadupa site have issues with mobile usability. They listed viewport not configured, small font size, touch elements too close, and content not sized to viewport. My real concern is that they said "These pages will not be seen as mobile-friendly by Google Search." Ugh....

My question is are these issues built into the Supadupa templates and therefor not anything that we can address? I don't have any mobile devices so I'm unsure how much of a problem it really is to shop on Supadupa sites with mobile devices.

I had some friend with mobile devices check out my shop., no mobile devices here either.
They said it's all fine.
Supadupa did some revamping about this time last year to update for mobile devices. During that time, I was unable to upload pictures form my desk top, but had to use my laptop.
Thankfully, as they promised, they got that fixed.

You could send a copy of the Google notice to Supa support and see what they say.

Good to know that there may not be any real issues for us with mobile devices. I did send Supadupa support an e-mail a week ago and haven't heard back.

That's unusual, usually they get back to me within a day.
They do have a toll free U.S. phone number

I now have a response from them. They have been busy gearing up for batch editing and sub categories which is great. They are going to offer new themes optimized for mobile. Right now all the stores work with mobile but they're working on improving behavior on portable devices.

Bottom line is that we don't have to do anything specific. They've got us covered!
