Hi, just started setting up our new site on Supa. What is your experience with their support? Wish they had a live chat option as they seem to take a long time to answer emails. Anyone have free shipping? I have set it but now it will not allow a customer to choose a destination country.

They can be slow with emails sometimes. Have you tried calling the phone number on the support page?

Hi Elise, I am in Asia so really do not want to have to make a phone call.
