New Direction for Successful Online Moms Team

Hey all, sorry I haven't been on here much lately. I've been super busy building up my Etsy shop, website, and blog. Now I'm thinking its time to change the direction of this team. When I started it, helping our fellow shop owners by hearting their items was the 'thing to do' but now not so much. And since I created this team as a way for fellow shop owners to help each other grow and learn, I want to update some things and build it back up to place for us to share ideas and knowledge. So in the coming days, I will be closing out discussion on old threads (including the ones promoting listings and asking for shares) and beginning new discussions on how to better grow and run your online businesses. Feel free to chime in with ideas or problems you are having. Can't wait to see how we can all help one another! :)

1) Suggestions to increase organic traffic from social media pages (facebook, pinterest and instagram) to Etsy shop page.
a) Encourage all team members to invite each other to their facebook page, like and share.
b) Encourage all team members to setup Pinterest best boards with at least two (2) pins, to follow and share with each other and their followers.
c) Encourage all team members to setup Instagram posts, like at least one (1) post and become a follower.

2) Empowering women entrepreneurs with knowledge wisdom resources via Guest speakers from Passage to Profit Show Podcast @iHeartRadio @WOR710 .
a) Encourage all team members to "Like Page" on facebook AND instagram, Passage to Profit Show.
