New Business Help!

Hi everyone. I am starting my business hopefully ASAP. I am a little nervous about any legal things that need to be done prior. Do I need to trademark my name? Do I need a selling license? Do I need to get a PO box or can I use my normal address? If anyone can tell me the fine details I would really appreciate the help!

You will definitely need a PO box if you are running your shop from your home.  Safety first.

I am also wanting to start my own shop.  I like to make sticker sheets for journal lovers.  What are your stickers like? Maybe we could connect and support each other.
