- Open Google in a separate tab www.google.com
-Type or (copy/paste) the shop name that posted directly above you into the Google Search bar and run the search
-Click on their Etsy shop link
- Fave / Refave the shop
- Fave / Refave a few of their items
-When finished, post “done” or list the shops you have googled
- Post how you want your shop to be searched. See TEMPTing Tips!
- Come back and play as often as you would like!

- When viewing shops and items, please leave each page open for at least 15 seconds for the view to count. A good indication that the view registered is when the orange E for Etsy shows up solid in your tab, nothing remains spinning!
-If you have recently changed your shop name or just recently opened your shop, please note that it can take up to a few weeks for the Google web crawler to locate you. We will not be able to search for you during that timeframe.
- Add the term ETSY or ETSY STORE along with the shop’s name to bring it up the search listings.
For Example: TheLittleEmptyNest or TheLittleEmptyNest Etsy or TheLittleEmptyNest Etsy Store or “TheLittleEmptyNest” on Etsy
- Wait at least 10 minutes before searching the same Etsy store again. Only one google view is recorded if you search the same shop within a 10 minute period.
- Come back often to post and increase your shop's chances of being ranked
