Hello, i am new to this forum and have Tons of questions

My name is Heather and I have questions regarding becoming a vendor at this event.  Is a California sellers permit the only requirement as far as registration goes? Where do I sign up? Is the $25 fee for vendors or is it for people visiting the event? How soon before the next event do I have to register? Anything else I need to know?
