Easter Swap

I am starting a Easter Swap for anyone interested, Local or international. no max!

If your unfamiliar with what a swap is, here you are;
-Any one who wants to participate signs up, and ships their items by the designated date. everything is shipped to me, the swap leader. The items you will ship can be anything related to the Theme (Easter in this situation), and you will ship the same quantity as the other members in the swap. (Lets say there are 7 other members, you ship 7 Easter themed items.)

-After the items are shipped to me by the designated date, I will ship you 7 different and unique items from each of the other people participating!

-It is a fun way to get cool items, and promote yourself!

There are rules;
1) You must ship the items to be by the designated date. There will be no late items accepted. Anything late will be shipped back, and you will not be allowed to participate in any other swaps. Same with any no shows.

2)Item must relate to the theme in some way.

3) No complaining about an item received.

The Sign up starts now and will end February 14th.

All Items must be Shipped to me by March 1st.

All swap Items will be shipped out to you on or before March 31st! (Keep in mind if you are international I will do my best to have it there in time, but I'm no miracle worker of the USPS)

Just joined the team and was disappoint to miss out on the Valentines and St Patrick's Day Swaps. Do all items have to be identical or can they vary a little? I would love to make items that I can list in my shop while playing along!! Of Course all would fit the theme.

Absolutely! The items only have to be related to the theme, no rule exists that they must match! Good thinkin outside the box Carolyn. Might also spark good conversation after everyone gets their packages.

As long as it is Easter/springish. They can be pastels or pinks, greens. They don't have to have little bunnies or chicks.....If thats what you mean! Great questions lately, keep em' coming!

do you do these but maybe less then 7?all my items are hand made and i can make max of 2-3 but id love to do this..

The way I understand it is that however many people sign up for the swap is the amount of items that you send. So right now there are 6 people signed up so 6 items would be made from each person.

All my items are hand painted and take a while also. I have actually started making my items for this swap.

I'm using the swap to add photos of listings I wouldn't have "time" to make since a lot of my orders are for the types of glasses I have in my shops and I want to expand my themes a little bit more.

Correct, no price range.
To answer an earlier post. If you would like to participate you must make the same quantity of people in the swap. We are at 6 people, not including yourself of course, so you must ship 6 items! If you ship less it would not be fair to other members. There will probably be more added before the 1st.

I am interested in possibly joining, but don't want to commit yet. I was wondering if there was a pinintrest or if anyone had photos of any of the previous swaps? I just want to see some examples. I did 3 secret santas this year and sadly none of them worked out. I sent to all three, got nothing from one, had someone that couldn't follow through on another (i understood this and they had my name, so in good faith I let the person who had their name go ahead and send it out to them. They are a great person and that was the right thing to do for me. So, i'm not complaining about that one- just stating what happened) and the third well, it was what it was. I spent time on all 3 of my packages. So, i'm not trying to complain or be a pain, i just want to see a example of what others do so I can try to be in the same ballpark as them. I love not having a price limit, but at the same time it makes it harder to judge what to send.

The only one completed so far was the Valentines swap. No One from this swap is suppose to talk about what has been received till everyone has received their items. Hence not breaking the fun of the surprise package. I can tell you that the items range in price from $1 - $10 for that one. Most swappers send light weight items simply to cut down on shipping costs. If you would like to message me personally I can send you pictures.
