As we all know that visibility and promotion is the key to success on Etsy , the same applies to our BNS / BNRs
After a lot of observation , I have observed that as a team captain and our leaders keep making the treasuries, promote it, create artistic emails and send it, send convo's and make interactive games and discussion boards for all of the team to participate , inviting new members, volunteering to send convo's , organizing team events and coordinating them - but sometimes it is not fair. A TEAM means teamwork and not the work of a few people alone.
Hence for the reasons above , I have come up with a few amendments to our teams BNS / BNR -
1. The purchase award points will work in the same manner as they have been working so far.
2. There are always a few unfilled spots ranging between 1 free spot to 9 spots - which as a leader, I would always try and promote the existing team members or new joinees. But now, there will be bidding for these free spots for every treasury - the bidding can only be done by team members who commit to bring a minimum of 10 hearts or 10 comments in the following treasury they wish to be included in.
Bidding can be done on the same discussion board here, where all a team member needs to do is say - " I agree and commit to bring a minimum of 10 hearts or 10 comments in the BNS / BNR # XX , kindly include me in"
3. The number of free spots can be seen on the treasury board where the captain announces the list of "shops to be featured " . The spots keep getting filled as and when there are any sales, or someone wins a trivia , or wins a treasury challenge , or has volunteered for the team, or is featured on 100 views or a trade ..
As a team, we are promoted regularly (3 to 4 times a month) by sending out a professional looking email to all members of SIMPLE TRADING TEAM and LIKE MY FANPAGE TEAM - which is well over 1500 members. We also send convo's out to members for participation.
Members can feel free to start bidding for inclusion on any board henceforth.
