New Ideas for Spring

Here's mine-

I've ordered some beautiful Giant Columbine seeds, which I will mix with my interest in paper making! I'm making paper this weekend, and I'll incorporate the seeds in the paper. Each customer will receive a bit of this paper (bird shaped, perhaps?), which they can put right in the ground and grow beautiful flowers!

The best part? The flowers will come back year after year, and they attract bees, butterflies, and humming birds! I'll be letting you know when they're finished :-)

What do you think? And I want to hear your new ideas!

I love that idea! I just did a scrapbook album that includes a packet of flower seeds so whomever buys it can grow a little garden. Here's a link to mine:

I have been searching for springy beads to buy, and last time I went to the craft store I found the cutest little animal charms that remind me of spring! I need to get to work on my spring stuff soon! :D

I love that paper idea! handmade paper and seeds sound like a great combination.
I've been missing the warm weather a lot recently and think i will do some prints on larger paper with penciled out odes to the warmer seasons beneath the prints- Guess I will see

I love the idea.
I remember seeing Valentine's day and Mother's day cards with the seeds in them. It makes the card even more special and not just the ordinary flower bouquet

@RoseyFinch - Be sure to plant some of these flowers at your home, too. The columbine is a very satisfying perennial, and it makes a lot of easy to harvest seeds. In a season or two you can just use the seeds that your plants create!
