Seeking a talented woodworker who can build a custom end-grain butcher block in stabilized (mold growth has been stopped) spalted maple, food safe, size 24" long x 18" wide x 3" high. The type of spalting I am looking for is the black lines mold, not the 'bloomed' type and not assembled in a 'mirror' or noticeable pattern. The more random, the better.
