Hello everyone! I am looking for someone willing to create a tulle tutu adult size L/XL in peacock colors (purple, turquoise, brown, green) that falls about knee length or a little shorter, but it has to be sensible since I do work at a preschool and this will be a costume.
Unfortunately, since I live in New Jersey, all of the fabric stores have closed down here and Walmart does not sell tulle, so I am forced to reach out online.
