Digital editable file for binder cover/spine template - tiger stripes

Needing an easily editable 8.5 x 11 template so I can quickly create binder covers and spine labels (for 4 to 5 different widths) with a black and orange tiger stripes theme. Will need a text box for a title on the front cover and a similar identifying label on the spine to help with classroom organization.
