Custom dog vest needed

I need service dog type or similar vest for a campaign we are running to get an old dog 1,000 hugs before she dies (it's her 1 and only bucket list item).

At the shoulders we want a circular or oval word art type "logo" that says "1,000 Hugs for Gertie". (Search that on FB if you want to learn more about the campaign).

The horizontal lettering will depend on room, but will say something to the effect of "Hug Me!" or "Please Ask to Hug Me!" Again, text will depend on room and maker recommendations to make it look nice.

The vest base will be a solid, light color, the "logo" and text can be maker's choice, as long as they stand out.

No other bells and whistles, just keeping it simple.

Gertie is 90 pounds.

We are ready to 'hire' the person who can make this vest right now. We won't be shopping price as we need it ASAP. She's a 90 pound 13 year old, we don't have much time. If you can do it, respond ASAP!

Uh oh! Question re: my post for a custom dog vest.

Me and my phone are stupid, meaning I don't have internet access unless I am at the computer. I am only at the computer evenings, if there's time or weekends. I am asking that any person who responds communicate by phone as to specs and questions, though all transactions would be through Etsy. The reason for this is that back and forth on-line conversations "pre-production" may take weeks because of my non-online status most of the time. My phone number has been provided to people who responded.

2 responses so far say on-line communication only. Is this an Etsy rule? If so, I guess I have to retract my request. If it's not, please only respond if pre-production communications can be done over the phone.

All the communication regarding custom orders should remain inside Etsy system, for a lot of reasons, starting with seller protection in case of possible future complaints.
