Custom Order Hinged Heart Locket with winged heart key

Hi, I'm after something similar to the below.

I would prefer a bronze or gold finish and a heart shaped key that has wings extending, I require the heart to open much like a traditional locket however there is a hole in the centre of the heart where you can insert a key similar to the heart shaped lockets seen on etsy however it actually serves a purpose and opens to allow an insert of a photo.

I am international from Australia, including postage I am not willing to pay more than $115 US.
