Modge podge?

Hello everyone, I have been making signs for several years now. When I finish my signs I top coat them with a thin layer of flat modge podge. Does anyone else use this and if not what do you use if anything. My stain is a color and sealer in one and I am tempted to stop using the modge podge on them as in the summer time I always seem to get a few customers that tell me the bubble wrap has left an imprint. I feel they must heat up in a hot truck during shipping and am thinking the layer of modge podge might be the issue. Would love to know how you finish your signs! Thank you in advance.

Re: Modge podge?

I have used Modge Podge hard coat for lots of my signs. It's non-toxic and I can use it. The reason I choose this is because I have asthma and can't be around or inhale poly seals. They have strong toxic chemicals. Thus far, I haven't put bubble wrap around them to send. So it has been ok thus far. I wrap them with cardboard and paper.
