Customer chooses to purchase more than 1 item in your store

Hi All !

I’ve had my store for 2 years now and I am starting to get quite busy which is exciting !

Question ... when a customer orders more than 1 item and proceeds to check out how do you change the shipping cost so the shipping cost will not double in price ?


Any guidance will be helpful 😌

I'm sure there is a more sophisticated way to do it, but I typically send the customer a discount code that would equal the amount of shipping overcharge.

Although I'm very new to the Etsy world, Congrats on being busy!! That's awesome!
