Software NOT working ! Photo's Not Loading To Etsy..7th Email NO REPLY !

Is it Me or should someone who charges you for a service or APP, expected to stand by that service ?
We have emailed the Leader 7 times and have had NO response... We contacted Shopseen Support 8 Times and no reply.
Our Photo's are not loading to Etsy or Shopify with our listings.. If this is a bug, please fix it. If this is defective software.... ESTY please help and notiy your valued users.

I'm having the same problem - my photos are not uploading always to Shopseen from the Etsy sync, (sometimes they do and sometimes they don't) in which case, I have to upload them to my shopify site too unless I want blank images on my live website.
