How can I get followers and sales?

I am very new to Esty, I only have a few items up on my page right now but I am hopping to get more items up by this weekend. I just really need some ideas on how to get my items out there. Any help would be wonderful!!!

If you have the time you need to attack on all social media fronts, f'book, pinterest etc. People need to know what you have to offer.

For ETSY make sure your key words are appropriate, I recommend monitoring these on a weekly/monthly basis.

I'm sure there are other things also that other people will help you with.

I guess, I am in the same boat. It seems I am making things but do not have enough skills to promote and sell my items. Whenever I post my items in teams promote your listings or post yours and favourite 5 above you sort of thing... I do get traffic and favourites but not sales
