Hi Shan,
It looks like you've only been open for 5 days and you only have 6 items. I wouldn't expect to get sales at least for a month or so - especially with only 6 items.
The more items you have, the more frequent sales you will have. For those who get weekly sales, they usually have at least 100 items in their shop. So you have quite aways to go.
For now I would focus on adding more items before you even worry about getting your first sale. At least try to get up to 30 items before you expect a sale. Also, you need to give it time. It's pretty rare for someone to get a sale in their first 5 days of having a shop. Not that it's impossible, it's just rare.
That said, your photos could use improvements. The photos with text over them are distracting - I'd definitely take that text off of the photo for your first couple of items.
Also, I think your thumbnail photo for the heart gem thingie is zoomed in too much. I actually really like the photo when it's not zoomed in, e.g. the first photo of this listing:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/120330117/indigo-turquoise-heart-pendant?ref=shop_home_activeAlso, use all 5 photo slots. I'd do a photo with the charm hanging on a chain. Also, maybe with a person modeling it? And maybe a back-view? What does it look like from the back?
Lastly, your tags need major work. Your tags should be multi-word phrases, not single words. They should be phrases people would search for to find your item.
e.g.
crystal heart pendant
swarovski pendant
blue crystal pendant
blue crystal charm
hand beaded charm
...etc
Hope that helps!
Heather
