How to get a review when the product was delivered and not shipped

I have a question, a customer recently purchased a product from my store but because she is a personal friend and lives close by I hand delivered the product to her. She wants to post a great review on my shop for the product but because she does not have a shipping label with a fedex bar code on it, she is  not able to. Does anyone have a way to get around that so she can post the review on my shop and hopefully grow sales?

Before I started buying labels through Etsy, I just marked the package as shipped.  If she purchased your item through Etsy -the transaction should be complete (even if you hand delivered it) so the review should be available.
