Can someone explain 2 me how this group works? I keep getting thanked for invitations I didn't send

Hi there, oh dear!  I don't know sorry.  I just got an email a week or so ago inviting me to the group.  Honestly I have not had anything to do with etsy teams in a few years.  I used to frequent them and participate but it was not really helping me.

Possible you may have clicked somewhere to invite users to join?  The team set up has changed and I am still finding my way.  I can leave the group if this was not what you wanted :)
