Everything I have read has talked about getting your shop out to your community. I have a couple of quetions about this. My items are not excatly what you wear so, how would I get my name out. I have some business cards but I am not really good at starting converastions with people about things like this. My family that sees my products love them, I don't like just selling to my family, how do I grow this to the outside community?

Hi Cristy. I know a lot of people who knit that swear by local artist markets and craft shows to get their name out in the community. Try bringing your business cards with you to shows. You can offer an etsy coupon code on your cards and give them to your customers... A great way to bring people to your etsy store and to purchase from you again.

Thank you Jen, I am going to try that unfortunatly the only craft show I can find in my area is either this Saturday which I am not ready at all for or in April. I am hoping I can go to this craft show Saturday and may be get some marketing ideas.
