Listing Products All at Once or One Day At A Time?

I am new to Etsy I heard I should post one new item a day? Does that mean I shouldn't post all my items at once ? Does it make a difference? I am just setting up my store so not all my products are up. I wanted to ask first.

Ok, i can see how that advice could get confusing! Usually u post atleast one new item a day. After your initial set up that is...

But, i dont add new items every day, i couldnt possibly as it takes nearly a week to design a new pattern.
So either way, it can be good to stagger adding new products, but dont get too hung up on it if you cant, its not the 'be all and end all' of you shops sales.

The idea is really to have a good base of items then add new ones every day. But,as i said, thats not always possible. It was a lot more important when the default search was on recency, but since its changed to relevancy i dont think its as important to list every day. By all means, if you can then do it! There is still an option for changing the search to recency and theres other sections of etsy that rank by recency. So just test it and see what works for you!
