Hey guys I'm really new to Etsy and I was just wondering how long it took for you to get your first sale. Ive been adding stuff to my shop and trying to help it get seen. Do any of you have any suggestions?

I have had a shop for almost two months, done all the things that have been advised to do, Facebook, twitter . Joined teams and joined in on the activities. sure people like my items etc but I am yet to have a sale.

All I can suggest, is ...patients...

I got my first sale just after one month I had opened my shop on Etsy. It was a buyer who got to know me on Etsy forum. Being active on forums helps you, maybe :)

I would suggest more items. Your items are cute but you have to think about how many items there are on Etsy. The more items you have listed the more likely someone is to find your shop and your items.

Your photos are done well and show off your items. Your shop looks nice.

The Etsy marketplace is getting bigger everday.
