I think some of your hats are really cute. My advice would be to look at your tags for your items. I only checked a few but some things you might think about are...Change your tags to more than one word phrases. I know you can only use 20 characters, but I have read in many places (and do so myself) that if you put red crochet hat instead of all three of those seperately you not only increase your chances of being found by searchers, but you also don't use up as many tags. The other thing is that if you go to the Etsy search bar and type in for example "crochet" or "hat" the search bar will drop down and list the most popular things searched for using those words, so look at what pops up and if they fit your item use those as tags an in your title.
Also, I am not sure how shipping prices go in Australia, but some of your shipping prices seem a little high on items that are light weight.
