Help for making my shop better..? (just started)

Hi everyone!
I just started out on Etsy, very exciting!
I get views every day (but not many), but no sale... Ofcourse I know I have to be patient, but maybe some of you can give me some feedback on my shop (description-I'm no native English speaker, pricing, photo's, TAG's etc.)??
Hope to get more views (and sales) with your experience and tips!
