I have only had four sales since opening, but none of the people have left me feedback. I know that the products were sent exactly as they were listed. Why would people not leave feedback and how can you get them to leave it? It's a little frustrating because if they are not happy with the product then I want to fix the problem, but if they are happy then I also would like to know.. Does that make sense? (:

Sorry Tascha i can't really help. I made my first three sales last week but no feedback as yet. Did you contact them after you thought the products arrived with a sort of 'hope everything was fine' message? that's what I plan to do.

Some people who are new to etsy are also unaware they need to leave feedback. Perhaps put o note in the message to buyers about leaving it for you if they liked your product.
